I work with companies in four main ways, depending on what you need and what stage you are at. The right approach for you depends on your specific situation. We will figure that out on our first call.

New Launch Strategy

If you are launching something new, a product, a brand, a market entry, you need a complete go-to-market plan, not just "run some ads and see what happens."

I build you the full strategic roadmap:

  • Which channels to focus on first and why
  • How to structure your landing pages and conversion flow
  • Your initial creative strategy and testing plan
  • Measurement framework so you know what is working
  • Realistic 90-day execution timeline

You get a complete plan you can execute yourself, or we can work together to implement it.

If you are already generating revenue but something is not clicking, flat performance, inconsistent results, unclear on what is working, we do a complete audit of your growth system.

This is not just an ad account review. I look at:

  • Creative strategy and what is resonating
  • Landing pages and site conversion
  • Measurement and attribution setup
  • Where you are leaving money on the table

You get a prioritized roadmap of improvements with expected impact. We focus on the 2 to 3 things that will make the biggest difference. I can hand you the plan to execute internally, or we can work together to implement it.

Strategic Partnership

Some companies need ongoing strategic guidance but are not ready for a full-time marketing hire. That is where this works.

We work together on a monthly basis:

  • Regular strategy sessions to plan and review
  • I pressure-test your ideas and decisions
  • Oversee any agencies or freelancers you are working with
  • Available for the inevitable questions and fires that come up
  • Quarterly planning and goal setting

Think of it as having a senior marketing leader in your corner without the six-figure salary.

Strategy + Execution

If you want both the strategic direction and someone to do the work, this is the most hands-on option.

We handle:

  • The strategic planning and decision-making
  • Campaign management and optimization
  • Landing page development
  • Creative coordination and testing
  • Ongoing measurement and reporting

You work directly with me. I am the person making decisions and keeping things moving. If we need specialized help (design, development, whatever), I bring in the right people. But there is no account manager middleman. We stay close to the work and adjust in real time based on what we are learning.
